Do I need to pay to search for an item?

Please contact the pharmacy where you have seen the item and make your personal arrangements for it to be reserved.

I have seen a medicine or item I am looking for, will it be automatically reserved for me?

Please contact the pharmacy where you have seen the item and make your personal arrangements for it to be reserved.

How are medicines/other items transferred?

Individual arrangements will be made between the parties involved in the transfer of medicines or other items. The parties involved include the pharmacy, patient and surgery.

Do I need to register an account in order to use PillQuest?

Only interested pharmacies and surgeries can register for an account on PillQuest. Members of the public do not need to open an account with PillQuest.

Do I need to include my personal details when searching for medicines?

PillQuest does not need anyone’s personal details in order for a search to proceed. Only participating pharmacies and surgeries will be required to input their organisation’s details during the account opening process.
